Official Contest Rules:
1.CONTEST PERIOD:
Inno-Vite "GO WHEREEVER YOUR HEART TAKES YOU Contest" (the "Contest") runs from January 1st to February 29th, 2012.
2. ELIGIBILITY:
This contest is open to all legal residents of Canada who are of the age of majority in their Province/Territory of residence at the time of entry into the Contest. Employees of retail locations and their immediate family are not eligible to win.
3. HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
ON-LINE: Go to www.inno-vite.com or www.ubiquinolcanada.com to participate. Fill out the questionnaire and answer the skill testing question. You will be eligible to enter the draw to win one (1) $5,000 travel voucher to be used to purchase any vacation to any destination of your choice. One entry per email address/individual residing in the same address.
4. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
5. PRIZES (the "Prize"):
One (1) $5,000 travel voucher to be used to purchase any vacation to any destination of your choice.
6. PRIZE AWARDING:
A potential winner will be selected by a random draw among all eligible entries for one (1) $5,000 travel voucher. Draw will be held on March 1st, 2012. Winners will be announced on the Inno-Vite website on March 2nd, 2012.To be declared a winner, the selected entrant must meet all eligibility criteria and must complete and return a signed declaration and release within the time period indicated in the documents. Entrants are only eligible to win one (1) prize.
Attempts will be made by the sponsor (Inno-Vite Inc.) to contact the selected entrant by telephone and/or e-mail for a period of two (2) days from the first attempt of contact. If any selected entrant cannot be contacted within the two (2) day period, or if contacted does not confirm arrangements for his/her prize with the Sponsor, or fails to meet all of the contest conditions to be declared a winner, by no later than two (2) days after being contacted, he/she shall be disqualified and the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to randomly select another eligible entrant as the winner, in the same manner.
Once being declared an official winner of the on-line contest, the winner will receive his prize within 3-4 weeks.
By accepting a prize, winners consent to the use of their name, place of residence, voice, statements, and photographs or other likenesses for publicity, advertising or informational purposes in any medium or format, without limitation, and without further compensation or notice.
The odds of winning a prize are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received.
7. Prizes must be accepted as described herein and are non-transferable.
8. CONTEST GENERAL RULES:
By entering the Contest, participants agree to abide by these Contest Rules and Regulations. All entries/prize claims become the property of Inno-Vite Inc., and will not be returned.
9. RULES REQUEST:

10. DISQUALIFICATION:
Inno-Vite is not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network server or other connections, miscommunications, failed telephone or computer or telephone transmissions or technical failure, jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions, or other error of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Contest will be disqualified. In the event any portion of this Contest is compromised by virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of Inno-Vite Inc., which corrupts, or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper entry into the contest, Inno-Vite Inc. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate this contest.
11. APPLICABLE LAWS:
This contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and void where prohibited by law.
